There she who bore you brought you forth.
Set me as a seal upon your heart,
As a seal upon your arm;
For love is as strong as death,
"My face in thine eyes, thine in mine appears,
And true plain hearts do in the faces rest;
Where can we find two better hemispheres,
Without sharp north, without declining west?
Whatever dies, was not mixed equally;
If our two loves be one, or thou and I.
Love so alike, that none can slacken, none can die."
This is a poem that i heard first time in Tristan & Isolde movie...
The whole movie at all and this poem in spacific have a really warm effect on me...
the funny thing is... although i find very nice but i am not able to believe that this kind of love is still to be true any more in our lives!
